Darwin, Marketing and Missing Links

Evolution of marketing

I saw this quote by Charles Darwin today…

It is not the strongest of the species that survives, nor the most intelligent that survives. It is the one that is the most adaptable to change.”

Had he not been the most influential naturalist of all time, he could have easily turned his hat at being a Business Coach!

Change the word ’species’ to ‘businesses’ and you’ll see what I mean.

I believe we are at the cusp of a fundamental change in the evolution of marketing.  Old school ‘push, push, push’ marketing is becoming extinct.  New age marketing is becoming the dominant species.

Why?  Because it’s the consumers that are now in charge of the evolution of your product or service.

Those Businesses that adapt will carry on.  Those that don’t, wont.  Those that change ‘half-arsed’ will be the missing links….

Here’s the quote again.  Please read it, print it and pin it up where you can see it everyday.

Read this everyday - your business will thank you for it!

Read this everyday - your business will thank you for it!

As ever, if you enjoyed this little rambling, please help the evolution of this blog.  You can do this quicker than you can say ‘Dodo’ by simply ‘Tweeting’, Digging, Commenting and Subscribing!  Thanks for reading.

Many famous quotes come from many sources Richard…
But they are no less true. New or Old school though hard work is necessary in any situation.
I really do appreciate the help you are giving though and still look forward to our meeting.
